Birthdays and suchAlso, I discovered yesterday, when I thought to check up on it, that the Tamora Pierce book I've been waiting on for over a year came out in April. We will blame finals.. and Japan... and... nannying for this book eluding me.
More exciting yet, I get to go down to Winona on Thursday after nannying. Actually, I'll probably leave right from there if I get all my stuff packed up in the morning, which should get me there right around 6. I'm excited to see people I miss very much and also to sleep in my house for the first time.
Less excitingly, I'm continually annoyed that "nannying" is never recognized as a word in spell-check. *sigh*
Ooh, I also spent my whole weekend playing Plants vs Zombies, which was entirely unproductive but very awesome.
